No third party may act on behalf of a user without written authorization. Shared or proxy access to accounts is strictly forbidden.

The platform is used at the users’ own risk. The company does not guarantee continuous availability or flawless performance.

Any breach of the Terms & Conditions may result in disciplinary measures including warnings, account restrictions, or termination. Funds may be withheld in cases involving manipulation, fraud, or breach of rules.
Repeated or severe breaches may lead to permanent disqualification from using the platform.
